The following terms and conditions apply to all prize draws conducted by WinTags.com Inc. (“WinTags.com”), a corporation with its primary address at 264 Queens Quay West, Toronto, ON, M5J 1B5, in Canada, on behalf of its clients:

By entering WinTags.com prize draws, participant agrees to accept and be bound to all the terms of the prize draws contained herein and the decisions of WinTags.com and participating companies.

Prize draw entrants must be at least 18 years of age and Canadian citizens. Prize draw winners are required to provide participating companies with proof of age and citizenship status when collecting their prize.

Prize draw entrant must provide a valid personal email address at the time of prize draw entry. Any failure of prize draw entrant to accurately enter their personal email address, and any failure of email address to receive notifications from WinTags.com, will result in the forfeit of the prize draw entrant’s chance to win.

Prize draws are not open to the employees, family, affiliates, advertisers and agents of the participating company.

In the event a prize detailed upon entry is unavailable at the time the winner is selected, WinTags.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize either of equal or greater value. Cash shall not be offered as an alternative.

Prize draw winners are randomly chosen by a WinTags.com computer program every night at midnight and notified by email.

Prize draw winner has seven days to claim the prize after email notification is sent by WinTags.com. Any failure on the part of prize draw winner to claim a prize within seven days will result in the in the forfeit of prize draw entrant and the selection of another WinTags.com entrant as winner by WinTags.com and/or the participating company.

Prize draw winner grants WinTags.com the right to use their family name in WinTags.com related announcements delivered digitally and in print, at the sole discretion of WinTags.com, and the winner agrees to cooperate with any such efforts by WinTags.com.

WinTags.com reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify a prize draw entrant that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry, and WinTags.com reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions of Entry without notice to prize draw entrants by publishing them here.

WinTags.com reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or cancel the prize draw competition at any time without a notice to prize draw entrants.

WinTags.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any prize draw entrant or winner in connection with or as a result of any interaction with and/or participation in WinTags.com services or failure on the part of WinTags.com and/or a participating company to perform without error.

Prize draw entrants agree to indemnify WinTags.com, participating companies, other prize draw entrants, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, other expenses, including costs and legal fees, and damages arising out of any claim resulting directly or indirectly from your participation in any WinTags.com prize draw.
